1. Acceptance Of Terms

By accessing or using Sentiray's website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Services

Sentiray provides operational intelligence, resilience, continuity, and risk management capabilities, including related support and documentation. Service features may evolve over time, provided that core contractual commitments are maintained.

3. Accounts And Access

You are responsible for account credentials, user provisioning, and activity performed under your accounts. You must promptly notify us of unauthorized use or suspected security incidents involving your account.

4. Acceptable Use

• Use the services only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, disruption, reverse engineering, or misuse of the services.
• Do not use the services to process unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
• Do not interfere with service integrity, security controls, or availability.

5. Intellectual Property

Sentiray and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the services, software, documentation, branding, and related materials. Subject to these Terms and any order form, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services for your internal business purposes.

6. Confidentiality

Each party must protect confidential information received from the other party with at least reasonable care and use it only for the purpose of performing under these Terms. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.

7. Data Protection

Where applicable, data protection obligations are governed by the parties' data processing terms. For website visitors and business contacts, personal data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability And Disclaimer

We aim to provide reliable services and may perform maintenance, updates, or emergency changes. Except as expressly agreed in writing, services are provided on an \"as available\" basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or goodwill. Aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to fees paid or payable for the affected services during the 12 months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within a reasonable period after notice, or as otherwise provided in applicable service agreements. Upon termination, access rights end and each party will handle retained data and materials in accordance with contractual and legal obligations.

11. Governing Law And Venue

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dublin, Ireland, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

12. Changes To Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the website, service interface, or email where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
